Due to the nature of our products (groceries, fresh produce, organic food, wellness and ayurvedic items), returns are accepted only in specific cases mentioned below.
Returns or refunds will be considered only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A return or refund may be approved in the following situations:
Product delivered is damaged
Product is expired
Product is spoiled or unfit for consumption
Wrong product delivered
Missing item in the order

Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and invoice while raising the request.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Fresh fruits & vegetables (unless damaged or spoiled at delivery)
Opened or used food items
Opened wellness or ayurvedic supplements
Perishable items after delivery acceptance
Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
Products purchased under clearance, discount, or special offers (unless defective)

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping or convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
Replacement may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability
Replacements will be dispatched within 3–7 working days after approval
Subscription orders are non-refundable once activated
Skipped deliveries or modifications must be requested before the next billing cycle
No refunds for partially used subscription periods
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed
Subscription cancellations must be done prior to renewal
Natural, organic, and ayurvedic products may vary in color, size, or taste
Such variations are natural and not considered defects
